What is the ZedRays ZeroRisk Guarantee?

The ZedRays ZeroRisk guarantee is our way of ensuring you get the best possible deal on the planet, feel really comfortable with your purchase and know you can change your mind, hassle free.

The ZeroRisk guarantee:

  1. Replacement Pair if Broken. That’s right, a  replacement pair if you break your sunnies – all you pay is AU$19.95 shipping and handling – see below
  2. Free 60 day returns and exchanges policy, with free shipping both ways
  3. 12 month craftsmanship warranty on any manufacturing defects
  4. Free Shipping on all sunglasses purchases

Broken Replacement Pair

Our ZedRays vision is for Zero Risk, and as part of this, we cover ZedRays sunglasses for up to a year if you accidentally break them. Each pair can be replaced once under the Broken Warranty.

Please fill in our request replacement pair form to request a replacement pair through our warranty program. You will need to verify the name from your order along with the style/colour of the broken pair.  We’ll then get a replacement out to you after you pay the processing fee of AU$19.95 for replacements within Australia.  Upon replacement, the Broken warranty will be void on the new pair, but the Manufacturer’s Warranty will be valid for the remainder of the year from the date of initial purchase.

Broken Replacement Warranty Conditions

Replacement Broken sunglasses can be made for the same style/colour if supplies are available. If the style you request is sold out, you will have the option to be placed on pre-order if the style will be returning or to choose a different style.

Only one pair can be replaced at a time. Multiple replacements need to be done through separate sessions.

The fee for processing each replacement pair is AU$19.95 for shipping and handling. This is an estimated, flat cost to assist us in fulfilling all replacements. It is subject to change but we will try to keep it as low as possible.

Each pair can be replaced once under the Broken warranty. After that, we’ll ask that you buy the next one to make sure we can continue to offer such a strong warranty.

The warranty only covers orders through zedrays.com and our official Amazon listings – thereby excluding other re-sellers.

The Broken warranty claim and payment must come from the original purchaser of the sunglasses.

There is a limit of 7 pairs of sunglasses per person per year for this Broken warranty. If any more sunglasses are purchased over this limit, they will not be covered by the Broken warranty.

Qualification for this coverage is at ZedRays sole discretion and may require pictures of and/or the actual sunglasses to review and approve a new pair. ZedRays reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action as necessary.

One Year Manufacturer's Warranty

If your sunglasses ever have an issue that is a manufacturing defect or a problem that should not occur with normal use, we will replace your pair at absolutely no cost to you for one year from the date of initial purchase.  This warranty does not apply to scratched lenses from normal use.  While good quality and scratch resistant, our lenses are not scratch proof.

Upon replacement, both the Manufacturer’s Warranty and the Broken warranty will be valid for the remainder of the year from the date of initial purchase.

The warranty only covers orders placed through zedrays.com, and our official zedrays amazon listings, thereby excluding other re-sellers.

The warranty claim must come from the original purchaser of the sunglasses.
